Our 5-Year Limited Warranty Policy
LIVENGOOD is an independent designer, manufacturer and provider of mobile platform products for application in the medical services industries and/or worldwide healthcare industries. Such mobile platform products shall operate in accordance with the functional specifications as published on this website and included in LIVENGOOD product Owner and User manuals.
If during the period of five (5) years after your purchase of a LIVENGOOD mobile platform product, a performance malfunction occurs that is caused by a defect in materials or workmanship during manufacturing or assembly, LIVENGOOD, at its sole option, will replace any part or product that contributes to or causes the performance malfunction.
Replacement parts will be shipped prepaid to the original purchaser via standard ground unless otherwise indicated. LIVENGOOD may request that the part for which the warranty claim is made be shipped to LIVENGOOD for inspection. If this request is made, all parts under claim must be shipped or the warranty will be invalid. LIVENGOOD will provide a billing number to cover shipping of all returned parts.
This warranty does not cover any mobile platform product that has been altered or changed in any way, other than by LIVENGOOD, or damaged as a result of misuse, neglect, or accident.
LIVENGOOD is not responsible for problems associated with or caused by incompatible equipment, or for problems caused by the interaction of any equipment not furnished by LIVENGOOD.
LIVENGOOD is not responsible for problems associated with or caused by incompatible electricity or power provided to the mobile platform product, or for other problems caused by the interaction of any electricity or power provided to the mobile platform product that is not specified for use by LIVENGOOD.
No oral or written information or advice given by LIVENGOOD or its authorized agents, representatives, dealers, affiliates, distributors, or employees shall extend, modify or add to this warranty.
Any risk arising out of your use of any LIVENGOOD mobile platform products is born entirely by you. LIVENGOOD mobile platform products are not "fault tolerant" and should not be used in any environment that requires this.
This statement constitutes LIVENGOOD's entire warranty. LIVENGOOD makes no other warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, except as set forth herein.
This warranty and the rights and obligations hereunder shall be construed under and governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. The sole forum for resolving disputes arising under or relating in any way to this warranty is the District Court of the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, USA.
LIVENGOOD reserves the right to make changes in the product and parts built and/or sold by them at any time without incurring any obligation to make the same or similar changes on equipment previously built and/or sold by them.
Our Product Support
Support of LIVENGOOD mobile platform products is provided by LIVENGOOD free of charge during the first five years following purchase of said products. "Support" consists of technical support, analysis, and resolution of problems where reasonably possible. For such problems, you should contact LIVENGOOD through this website, or by direct contact. LIVENGOOD will make its best efforts to respond to reasonable requests for assistance.
